What is your refund policy?
All sales are final due to the nature of my services and limited availability. Refunds cannot be provided, even if you change your mind or decide on a different direction after payment. However, if you'd like to transfer or gift your purchased service to someone else, please reach out, and I’ll be happy to assist in making the necessary arrangements.
Do you offer payment plans?
As a one-person operation, I currently do not offer payment plans due to limited administrative capacity. However, I am exploring options like PayPal’s “Pay in 4” program, which allows eligible customers to split payments into four installments. This program is offered through PayPal and operates independently from TobiSales. For now, payment terms will be clearly outlined in any proposal I submit to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.
What are your payment terms?
My payment terms will be clearly outlined in the proposal you receive after our initial consultation. In full transparency, I do not offer net terms on my services. All payments will be due upfront before work can be started. Once you have reviewed and acknowledged the proposal, I will provide an electronic invoice reflecting your chosen options. Payment can be made online or by check. Selecting your options and completing payment serves as your acceptance of the proposal and its outlined terms. If discounted payment options apply, these will be clearly detailed in the proposal.

Both! I can assist with single projects or partner with you for long-term growth and management solutions.
