I strive for transparency with all my pricing, but it's important to note that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to the value of the services I offer. I understand the need to stay within your budget and am committed to working with you on that. However, my pricing reflects my expertise and the quality of services I provide. If you're simply seeking the lowest-cost option, TobiSales may not be the best fit. 

Basic Questions - 100% Free!

If you have any questions about my services, feel free to reach out. While I can’t offer free consultations, I can let you know if I’m able to handle your project. What sets me apart is that if I can’t help, there’s a good chance I know someone who can. 

Initial Consultation - $350

My initial consultation fee is $350, which includes a 2-hour in-person meeting at your location within a 25-mile radius of Kansas City, MO. Web conferencing is available for clients outside this area, but travel accommodations and per diem will be additional costs, covered by the client. During the consultation, we will review your goals, objectives, and challenges. Afterward, you'll receive a customized plan within 3-4 business days, and the $350 fee will be credited toward any of my other pricing structures if you decide to move forward.

Additionally, you can book me for a full day (8 hours) for a one-time fee of $1000. This option is particularly useful for clients outside the Kansas City area who require travel but is available to all prospective clients. Please note, this $1000 fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to any future work or pricing structures. 
Hourly Rate: 15 hour block minimum.

My hourly rate is available in minimum blocks of 15 hours and varies based on the objectives and value of the work involved. I offer transparent discussions about my rates during our initial consultation to ensure we align on expectations. As a contractor my rates are adjusted to reflect the expertise and impact of the services provided, ensuring fair and value-driven pricing for every project. structures if you decide to move forward.

Retainer Pricing: Limited to 4 to 5 clients per month. 

My retainer services are limited to 4-5 clients per month, offering up to 25 billable hours. Any hours exceeding this agreement will be billed at an additional hourly rate, which will be discussed and agreed upon before entering the arrangement. These details can be fully addressed during the initial consultation, ensuring that both parties have a clear understanding of expectations and the services provided. Please note, any unused hours cannot be refunded or carried over to the next billing cycle. 

Project Based Pricing:

Project-based pricing is available and can be discussed during the initial consultation. A custom quote for your project will be provided along with your personalized plan within 3-4 business days. 

Custom Pricing:

Sometimes, you may need multiple services, and my retainer structure may not be the best fit. For these cases, I offer custom pricing that is tailored to your specific needs. This flexible approach ensures you only pay for the services that directly align with your business goals. We can discuss your pricing during the initial consultation, and you will receive a personalized quote along with your custom plan within 3-4 business days, providing a clear understanding of services, scope, and costs. 

Performance-based pricing: 

I offer account management services for companies seeking brand representation, but I do not work with businesses that operate solely on a 100% commission-based structure. There is no charge for the initial consultation, though discussions will be limited to the type of brand representation you are seeking. This consultation helps determine if our partnership aligns with your objectives, and further details can be provided during the meeting. 

Vocal talent pricing - Per hour/Per Project 

This service doesn’t require an initial consultation, as I’m essentially auditioning for you. We can talk on the phone, or if you'd prefer to hear my vocal range, you can visit robinkwick.com, where you’ll find multiple streaming options to listen to my music.
