Terms & Conditions:
Service Timelines
Work will commence on the agreed-upon date and continue until all contractual obligations, including scope of work and billable hours, have been fulfilled. If delays in work are caused by the client, a 10-business-day hold status will be applied as a courtesy. Afterward, you will have an additional 30 calendar days, not to exceed 45 calendar days from the initial delay, to utilize your billable hours. Any unused hours beyond this period will be considered surrendered.
Order Confirmation:
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated completion timeline. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be addressed during our regular check-ins.
Rescheduling Meetings or Calls:
Meetings or calls cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Please notify me as early as possible for adjustments.
Work Performed:
Work may be performed remotely, onsite, or outside live sessions. All hours billed and scope of work completed will be documented.
All Sales Final:
All Sales Final: Due to the nature of my services, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided. Services may be transferred or gifted to another party only if no work has commenced. If a full transfer occurs, a new initial consultation will be required. The new party can choose to pay an additional $350 consultation fee or have two hours deducted from the previously purchased service. Unused billable hours cannot be transferred or gifted and expire at the end of the contract term. For arrangements, please contact me directly.
Final Responsibility:
Implementation of plans, procedures, or protocols provided by TobiSales is your responsibility. Changes or non-implementation are at your discretion, but TobiSales cannot be held accountable for outcomes.
No Guarantee of Success:
While I deliver tailored solutions, success depends on numerous factors beyond my control, including market conditions, external influences, and your team’s execution.
Liability:
TobiSales is not liable for damages or losses resulting from using the advice, suggestions, or work provided. Engagement of services is at your discretion.
